Participation Fee

The Participation Fee includes access to lectures and the part with exhibition spaces, written and electronic materials, refreshments (coffee, juices, water, pastries, etc.) during breaks and lunch in both conference days and a social programme. After the conferences, the participants receive an E-proceedings with all submitted presentations, papers and videos of presentations and discussions. Prices do not include VAT.

BASIC PACKAGE

Basic Marketing Presence Options

Every co-organizer model includes so called basic package that includes: • 1/1 advertisement page in the Proceedings (a material that is distributed to all participants) • participation for one representative without the participation fee (i.e. the participation fee is included) for the conferences • presenting of the company and/or its logo in the conferences’ materials (event announcements on the conferences’ web page, in a Newsletter that is sent to 14 000 e-mails, in the printed Proceedings, in the E-Proceedings that is sent to all participants after the conferences etc.) and in an review on the event in the EGE technical magazine that will be published after the conferences.

Within the Conferences’ framework there are possibilities for business and technical cooperation and marketing presence, which results in acquisition of the Co-organizer status.

CO-ORGANIZER WITH AN ADVERTISEMENT AND A PRESENTATION (a lecure or a targeted thematic interview)

CO-ORGANIZER WITH AN ADVERTISEMENT AND AN EXHIBITION SPACE

Beside the Basic Package , it includes: • an exhibition on an exhibition space that is located next to the conference hall, when each exhibition unit is equipped with a table and two chairs on an area of about 4 square meters, where is possible to present products, solutions, services, to distribute brochures and catalogues and to make deals and negotiate with participants and co-organizers etc. Fee to the Organizer: .................................. 730,00 EUR I 5.500,19 kn

Beside the Basic Package , it includes: • a thematic lecture (a presentation of a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references etc.) in the time up to 15 minutes within the conferences’ programme or • a targeted thematic one-on-one talk (about a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references etc.) between a representative of Co-organizer and Organizer, with an option of showing a shorter film or an animation or a shorter presentation in the background, in the total time up to 15 minutes within the conferences’ programme • a page in the Proceedings with a title and summary of the presentation (lecture or targeted thematic interview) along with the basic data about presenter (lecturer or participant of the interview).
