CO-ORGANIZER WITH AN ADVERTISEMENT AND A PRESENTATION (a lecure or a targeted thematic interview) AND AN EXHIBITION SPACE
SPECIAL CO-ORGANIZER (with the logo displayed on the accreditations)
Beside the Basic Package , it includes: • a thematic lecture (a presentation of a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references etc.) in the time up to 15 minutes within the Conference programme or • a targeted thematic one-on-one talk (about a company, its solutions, products, services, experience, implemented projects, references etc.) between a representative of Co-organizer and Organizer, with an option of showing a shorter film or an animation or a shorter presentation in the background, in the total time up to 15 minutes within the Conference programme or • an exhibition on an exhibition space that is located next to the conference hall, when each exhibition unit is equipped with a table and two chairs on an area of about 4 square meters, where is possible to present products, solutions, services, to distribute brochures and catalogues and to make deals and negotiate with participants and other co-organizers etc. • a page in the Proceedings with a title and summary of the presentation (lecture or targeted thematic interview) along with the basic data about presenter (lecturer or participant of the interview) • a display of a Special Co-organizer logo on the participants accrediations and its display as as ‘Special Co-organizer’ in all Conference materials. COFFEE BREAK CO-ORGANIZER WITH AN EXHIBITION SPACE
Beside the Basic Package , it includes: • refreshment (coffee, juice, water, rolls) during the coffee break, that will be organized by the Organizer on behalf of the Co-organizer • display of the Co-organizer’s logo and other promotional materials in the Coffee Break room • announcement of the Coffee Break and display of the Co- organizer’s logo in the printed Conference Programme as well as on the Conference web page in the Coffee Break room and on the Conference room screen • an additional participation fee (i.e. a total of two participation fees).
